DAY 01: BAGDOGRA (IXB) AIRPORT– GANGTOK (5500 FT / 120 KMS / 5 HRS)
On arrival at Bagdogra (IXB) Airport you will be received by our driver and directly transfer to Gangtok. Check-in at hotel. Evening free for relaxation. Overnight stay at Gangtok
DAY 02: GANGTOK – LACHEN (114 KMS / 4 HRS)
After breakfast Check out hotel and will move towards lachen. Lachen is about 129 km from Gangtok, and can be reached via a six-hour road journey. It is located at an elevation of 2,750 meter and hold at lachen. Overnight stay at Lachen
DAY 03: GURUDONGMAR LAKE / LACHUNG
Early morning move towards gurudongmar lake. Gurudogmar Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world, located at an altitude of 17,100 ft (5,210 m). It lies in the district of North Sikkim in the state of Sikkim in India, only some 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) south of Chinese border. After lunch will move towards lachung. Lachung which is a town in northeast Sikkim and is near the border with Tibet. Lachung is at an elevation of about 9,600 ft or 3,000 m and at the confluence of the Lachen River and tributaries of the River Teesta. The word Lachung means "small pass". The town is approximately 125 km from the capital Gangtok, embraced by snow-capped mountain peaks, breath-takin waterfalls, sparkling streams , apple and orchards it is the perfect holiday destination at lachung. DAY 04:YUMTHANG VALLEY TO GANGTOK(ZERO POINT AT EXTRA COST 3000 DIRECTLY PAYABLE TO THE DRIVER)
Early morning move towards Yumthang Valley is a grazing pasture surrounded by the Himalayan Mountains in the North Sikkim district of Sikkim. It is at an elevation of 3,564 meters (11,800) at a distance of 150 km from the state capital Gangtok. It is popularly known as 'Valley of Flowers'. Lachung is most sought after by tourist and the valley is either snow covered or the blooming Rhododendron always enhance the beauty of the place On the way from Yumthang one may visit the famous hot spring known for its curative properties - Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends and the cold desert starts – In the winter months there is snow all around and the snow clad mountains adds to the beauty. After lunch leave for Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok
DAY 05: GANGTOK - TSOMGO LAKE EXCURSION (12400 FT / 43 KMS / 3 HRS) After breakfast proceed for a full day excursion to Tsomgo Lake with an average depth of 50ft. spend a few blissful hours gazing at the absolute perfection of natural beauty at the Tsomgo lake and surrounding scenic view, further drive will take you to another holy site BABA MANDIR visit and return back to Gangtok. DAY 06: GANGTOK - PELLING VIA BUDDHA PARK
After breakfast move towards Pelling which is 115 km from the state capital Gangtok. Pelling is a town district of West Sikkim. Pelling is nestled at an altitude of 2,150 m (7,200 feet). The Himalayas and the Kanchenjanga may be viewed at close quarters from Pelling. The land around Pelling is still a virgin territory and is bathed with alpine vegetation, with numerous waterfalls lining the hillside. In the months of winter, Pelling is sometimes covered with a blanket of snow. Overnight stay at Pelling
DAY 07: PELLING SEIGHT SEEING
After breakfast We will have a sight seeing of pelling and around which include Khangchendzonga waterfalls, Pemayangtse Monastery , Rabdanse Ruins , sewaro rock garden, darap village, Rimbi Water Falls & Karchen Power House ,helipad ground, Khecheopalri Lake: This is considered one of the sacred lakes of Sikkim. The lake remains hidden in the rich forest cover. It is believed that birds do not permit even a single leaf to float on the lake surface. Ensure maintaining the sanctity of the place by being silent, and by not trying to feed the fish. When descending from Pemayangtse Monastery you can take a left turn and take a walk for 10 min to reach to the gateway of Rabdanse Ruins. The ruins lie hidden from the main road. The walk towards Radanes is through a forest area with some rare species of orchids and a few lakes. These lakes are also home to local carp fish. There are good views from the top of the ruins looking across the deep valley and to the Khang-chen-Dzonga ranges. Overnight stay at Pelling
DAY 08: PELLING - NJP STATION / BAGDOGRA (IXB) AIRPORT (85 KMS / 3-4 HRS) After breakfast check out hotel and back to Bagdogra drop at (IXB) Airport for your onwards journeys
